I thought I would seek some support for a worthy cause.
I live off of Cederview road and ride my bike frequently. Along Fallowfied , between Greenbank and Cederview , there have been many close encounters with speeding vehicles, as the road is narrower and the speed is 80km for majority of the length.
I have emailed Pierre Poilievre, M.P. Nepean-Carleton and he forwared me to Jan Harder , City Councillor , then she forwarded me to Constituency Manager at her office, then she sent to Carolyn Eagles , Coordinator, Cycling Facilities , Cycling & Pedestrian Facility … then from there Robin Bennett , Coordinator, Cycling Facilities.
Mr. Bennett opened an "Inquiry" for further investigation and its ID is 38867.
I would appreciate if you can air this to find out if anyone out there had any close encounters along this road, if so please contact the below emails with the ID or if anyone in support of this initiative to contact the city.
Inquiry ID : 38867
I thank you very much for your time.

Posted by fiona foley, Monday, February 24th, 2014This is still happening and hasn't been fixed. I have a few friends who bike along there and are scared because of the speed vehicles are going on that road.
Please note that updates are not sent to city officials.
