No Parking signs removed from West side of Norfolk Ave

Prior to the construction on Preston Street/Norfolk Ave last year there were No Parking signs on the West side of the street and 1 hour parking signs on the East side of the street. The 1 hour parking signs were returned at the end of the construction but the No Parking signs were never replaced.
As a result, there are cars parked on both sides of the street which leaves just enough room for one car to drive down the street. In addition, it is often very difficult to pull out of the driveways on Norfolk when there are cars parked on both sides.
