Tires near Watters Road

On the corner of Watters Road and Everlasting Way, there are approximately 25 tires and rims, as well as a lawnmower just as you enter the wooded area. The picture does not show them all. I would love if the City could go pick it up! Thanks in advance!

Perhaps if people were paid to return tires instead of being charged with an "environment protection fee", this would not happen. The government refunds deposit on glass bottles, and we find very few in the ditches, same could apply to tires and plastic bottles.
