Road grading problem

Right in front of 73 and 75 Denton Way.
The road was put in last year. It was evidently done/sloped incorrectly. After a rain, or whenever someone from up the road washes a car, etc, the water pools here, and doesnt flow to the sewer - which is two doors down.
This causes an issue in all seasons. significant ice in the winter, huge puddles after rains in the other seasons.
