no easy exit off bike path from hospital

There is no depressed curb coming off of the bike path from the hospital to Rodney Street - and this makes it dangerous - one has to cycle on the sidewalk either to Pleasant Park or to the intersection of Rodney and Billings. Both are illegal activities (to cycle on the sidewalk). As well, it is dangerous to have to go over to the stop sign at Rodney and Billings. My experience is that motorists don't tend to stop at this stop sign, and I have nearly been hit there a few times! It was much nicer and safer to have a depressed curb right at the end of the path on Rodney. This is the way that it was previously.

Please fix this - It is a very frequent route for me!
